General Secretary of the Constitutional Court (MK) Janedjri M. Gaffar presents the invitation of the Honorary Board (BK) of Parliament concerning the alleged provision of money by M. Nazaruddin, former treasurer of the Democratic Party on Thursday (7/7) afternoon at the Nusantara Building II, Jakarta.

"My capacity as a witness and questioned by the Honorary Board of the Parliament," Janedjri told reporters after meeting with the Honorary Parliament for two hours.

To the Honorary Board of the Parliament, Janedjri briefly describe chronologically associated with Nazaruddin. "I just describe, narrate, communicated what I had with Mr. Nazaruddin, without adding or reducing it," Janedjri said. He presented in accompanied by a number of structural officers of Court.

According to Janedjri, if it increase or decrease the information conveyed to the BK DPR, it could be slander. "We hurt when pinched, so do not pinch," he said philosophically.

Janedjri told his encounter with Nazaruddin. "We all know that when the initial case is sticking to the surface, he (Nazaruddin - Ed.) saying I do not know," Janedjri said.

A few days later, Nazaruddin said never give money to Janedjri. But strangely, after a day of testimony Nazaruddin changed again, that the money given to Janedjri known by the Democratic Party.

"So, where should I follow from what Mr. Nazaruddin?" Janedjri questioned.

Janedjri said the question of whether what it conveys to the BK DPR, Nazaruddin is being cornered; it is not the capacity of General Secretary of the Constitutional Court to answer.

"However, I am not trying to corner Mr. Nazaruddin; I have to say what it is to Parliament. I've met Mr. Right Nazaruddin who will give money to me, but I refused. I return the money, "Janedjri answering a question from a journalist.

Meanwhile, after meeting with General Secretary of the Constitutional Court, the BK DPR is ready to call in question M Nazaruddin for questioning for clarification. BK DPR is committed to resolve this problem immediately. It is including also the problem of allegations of mafia of budget showed by Waode Nurhayati.
