Secretary General of the Constitutional Court (MK) Janedjri M. Gaffar received Examination Reports (LHP) 2010 that were submitted by the Chairman of the State Audit Board (BPK) Hadi Purnomo. MK obtained unqualified opinion (WTP) of the 5th time of LHP In 2010, Friday (24/6) at the House of State Audit Board.

LHP handed over 32 Financial Report 2010, which consists of six state agencies financial statements including the Constitutional Court, 11 state ministries and 15 non-ministerial institutions.

LHP submission made by the Chairman of BPK Hadi Purnomo accompanied by the Members of the III CPC, as well as witnessed by the audience as well as other BPK officials and officials of state agencies, state ministries and non-ministerial institutions that receive LHP's. LHP Financial Statements of the Ministry / Agency is part of the Central Government Financial Statements LHP (LKPP) in 2010 which was submitted to the Parliament on May 31, 2011 and to the President on June 1, 2011.

LHP top 32 Financial Report 2010 The Ministry / Institution consists of LHP that includes opinions on the fairness of the financial statements, LHP on Internal Control System (SPI) and LHP on Compliance with Regulations Regulations. BPK’s Opinion on 32 Financial Report includes 22 unqualified (WTP) and 10 naturally with the exception (WDP).

Meanwhile in his speech, Chairman of BPK Hadi Purnomo said that BPK has conducted the examination of performance on the protection of Indonesian overseas to assess whether the placement and protection of migrant workers abroad have been effective in various aspects.

"BPK has conducted performance audits on the protection of migrant workers abroad are aimed at assessing whether the placement and protection of migrant workers abroad have been effective in all aspects of planning, organizing resources, implementation, and control," said Hadi Purnomo.

Examination of performance on the protection of migrant workers was conducted in June-September 2010.
