Jakarta, MKOnline - The Constitutional Court (The Court) held a socialization program of Post-Graduate Title Pursuit in the University of Indonesia (UI) for The Court’s employees, Tuesday (29/3) at the Press Conference Room of The Court. Also attending the event was the Head of Post-Graduate Program in Administration Science Departement of Faculty of Social and Political Science of UI, Eko Prasojo, accompanied by representatives from three different post-graduate faculties in UI, namely Faculty of Social and Political Science (FISIP), Faculty of Law (FH) and Faculty of Economy (FE).
Head of General Affairs Bureau of The Court, Saiful Bachri as the organizing committee explained that the intention of holding the event was as a socialization to the employees who were interested in joining the title pursuit program in UI. “Representatives from UI will give information to the interested employees. The information will relate to the registration up to the entrance test for the post-graduate programs in UI,” he pointed out.
Meanwhile, Eko Prasojo described two important things about the post-graduate programs, namely the registration procedure and the substance of the offered programs which had been tailored to suit the interest and the position of the applicants (the employees of The Court) “The registration for all faculties will be conducted through website www.penerimaan.ui.ac.id. For period I, the registration will be from February 14 to April 1, 2011. The applicants will have to go through the registration stage by creating an account at the given site, then fill in the registration form, pay the registration fee, upload the necessary registration documents, take the entrance test,” he described.
The title pursuit is one of the efforts to develop the knowledge and professionalism of the employees within the Secretariat General and Registrar of The Court. This program has been conducted ever since the establishment of The Court and conducted by sending some employees to join a further education whether in post-graduate or doctorate and under-graduate levels domestically or internationally. The fields offered for this program are State Administration Law, Administration and Public Policy, Communication Management and Employment Science (Lulu Anjarsari/mh/YDJ)
