The event was attended by nine leading institutions, they were State Employment Body (BKN), Supreme Auditory Body (BPK), National Planning and Development Body (Bappenas), Indonesian National Archieve Institution (ANRI), National Library (Perpusnas), State Secretariat (Setneg), Finance and Development Monitoring Body (BPKP), Ministry of Communication and Information (Kemenkominfo) also the Indonesian Science Institution (LIPI).

“This occasion is intended to mature the result of the previous coordination meeting. The result of the last meeting was a formation for functional positions within The Court, Application Guidelines for Certain Functional Positions within The Court and the Regulations of the Secretary General,” explained the head of Human Resource Department of The Court, Pawit Haryanto, as one of the committee for the event.

For the regulation of the secretary general, Pawit pointed out, The Court sought for inputs from the nine leading institutions to be in accordance to the regulation of the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpan). When asked about the problems faced, Pawit explained that some of the main problems were on the number of manpower of The Court who had not joined the appropriate education and training for the formation of the functional positions. The nine positions were Archive Managers, Auditors, Employee Analysts, Public Relation Officers, Computer Officers, Researchers, Librarians and Translators.

“Then, despite the human resources not having joined the competence test, The Court is ready to apply the formation of the functional positions until the end of 2011. Until now, The Court is 70 % ready. We just have to discuss the regulation of the secretary general, then socialize it to the employees and to make suitable assessment to the credit points,” he ended (Lulu Anjarsari/mh/YDJ)
