Photographs, which not only could represent concrete existence of the Constitutional Court (Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK)) s building, but also could represent spirit, vision, and mission of MK.

That was the point of MK Secretary General, Janedjri M. Gaffar, statement when he delivered a speech in the book launching “Ritual Fotografi”, created by a Photographer, Ray Bachtiar Drajat, in Jakarta, Wednesday (7/2).

Responding the book launching, the MK Secretary General shared his experience with Ray in ‘’perpetuating” MK s Building. “Thanks God, for sending Mr. Ray, and his manager, Mrs. Ati (Ray s-red.). Mr. Ray proved his professionalism. His creature presented “live picture” from any perspectives,” Janedjri gave Ray a compliment.

Each picture made by Ray, MK General Secretary added, raised a special feeling and made a condition felt like alive, even for  MK s Building and its details.

Pictures made by Ray, Janedjri said, were the creatures which decorated publication medias of MK and had been printed thousands sheets as well as published in Indonesia and abroad.

In this chance, Janedjri also offered photographers to hold an expo in MK s Building. “It is free,” Janedjri stated followed by applauses from the guesses who, most of them, were photographer. (Wiwik Budi Wasito/ Translated by Kencana Suluh Hikmah)
