Dr Arsyad Sanusi, today (Thursday, 5/29), uttering his vow as a Constitutional Justice in the State Palace, in front of the President, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. Arsyad replaced Constitutional Justice, Laica Marzuki, which was retired in the end of May 2008.

A time before, Arsyad Sanusi served as the High Court Chairman of South Sulawesi and  West Suawesi. The Justice who bear Doctor title from Law Faculty Indonesian University came from civil laws.

The vow utterance was done solemnly. The Chief Justice of Constitutional Court, Jimly Asshiddiqie, Vice Chief Justice, Laica Marzuki, other Contitutional Justices, as well as Secretariat General and Court Clerk line of Contitutional Court and some minister of  Indonesia United Cabinet (Kabinet Indonesia Bersatu) also came in the vow utterance.(Wiwik Budi Wasito/Kencana Suluh Hikmah)
