JAKARTA – City Council would file judicial review on General Election Act to the  Constitutional Court again. It meant. The City Council only needed less than one week to revise their petition.

Before it, the judicial review filed in Constitutional Court through the counsel of the City Council, Todung Mulya Lubis, at April 10.  But in the first trial, the Constitutional Court decided to bring it back to the City Council so they could make the petition clearer.

"The Constitutional Court, actually, did not bring it back, but they gave us advise to make the petition clearer. So, the Constitutional Court have appreciated to discuss and to look for the best way to finish the problem”  a member of the City Council, Muspani, said yesterday.

He, the member of the City Council came from Bengkulu, stated that the Constitutional Court gave them two weeks to revise the content of the judicial review. But, he added, the City Council would have been ready to file it again before one week. "Maximally, we will file it on Thursday”, he mentioned (muh sahlan/Sindo/sis)
