HEADING TOWARDS PAPERLESS, THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT HELD WORKSHOP

Starting from today, every working activity in the Constitutional Court, such as meeting, monitoring, working evaluation of each staffs, and communication among staffs was tried to be made paperless. Every time, every job and invitation as well as supporting documents could send directly by e-mail, so every job could be made transparent, clear, controllable, and knowable by another on-duty staffs.

It was said by Head of General Bureau, Tito Sujitno, accompanied by Head of Personnel Department,  Mulyono, when they opened “Workflow dan Digitalisasi Dokumen” (Workflow and Document Digitalization) Workshop.  

The two-day workshop (04/12-13) started at 08.00am until 05.00 pm. All officers and staffs in the entire General Secretariat and Registrar of the Constitutional Court took part in this workshop

“The purpose of this workshop is to increase the ability, outlook, knowledge, and the quality of our human resources, especially the administration service of Constitutional Court,” Tito stated (Heru Setiawan/ Kencana Suluh Hikmah)
