The Constitutional Court Held Information System Training

Nowadays, pattern of service is not only carried out manually through paper document file. The Secretariat General and the Registry of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia gradually evolve into an integrated information technology system aimed at providing excellent service to the Constitutional Justices, stakeholders and the general public.

 

In addition, the Year 2007 is a transitional period from the phase of consolidation towards phase of service before reaching the phase of professionalism within the Court Secretariat General and the Registry. In order to modernize the performance of the employees during this transitional period, the Secretariat General and the Registry, in cooperation with Central Bureau of Statistics, held Training on Information Technology System which took place on Saturday and Sunday, 13 and 14 January 2007 at the Bureau’s Education and Training Center.

 

“Through this training, there will be no more employees who are technologically incompetent and incapable of operating computer,” Head of Bureau of General Affairs, Drs. Sudihardjo, M.A said when opening the training which is followed by fifty employees. During this training, the employees are introduced with various applications of information system. The applications of which will be operated at the Court are Information Management System on Rules and Regulation, Library Information Management System, the Court’s Web Content Management System, Information Management System on Employee Affairs and Information Management System on Term of Reference.   

 

The same training is scheduled to be held at the following week for the other employees of the Court. (Helmi Kasim)
