General Secretary of the Constitutional Court (MK) Janedjri M. Gaffar, At 14.00 pm, Tuesday (13/9), conduct a hearing (RDP) with the Commission III of the House of Representatives (DPR) to discuss the Work Plan and Budget Ministry /Agency (RKA-KL) Fiscal Year (FY) 2012, in  MPR / DPR / DPD RI, Jakarta.

In its report, Janedjri said that progress on implementation of tasks and authority of the Court until today, has been received, examine, prosecute, and decide in judicial review (PUU) as many as 386 cases, and the State Institute for Dispute Authority (SKLN) as many as 16 cases, Election Results and controversies as much as 353 cases. "Until September 13, 2011, the Court received a total of 871cases of Case," he explained.

The budget allocation the Constitutional Court Budget allocated into 4 programs as follows. First, Program Management and Implementation Support Other Technical Task. Secondly was Facilities and Infrastructure Improvement Program Apparatus. Third, the Constitution of Case Management Program, and, fourth is constitutional Awareness Raising Program.

Janedjri further explained that the relevant Facilities and Infrastructure Reform Program, according to the activities carried out very much, but the Court will focus on the development of the Documentation Center for History of the Constitution and the Constitutional Court, as well as the construction of the Education Center of Pancasila and the Constitution.

In addition to hearing reports RKA-KL FY 2012 from the Court, the RDP will also hear reports RKA-KL FY 2012 from the Secretary General of the People’s Consultative Assembly, the Secretary General of the Regional Representatives Council, the Secretary of the Supreme Court, and of the Attorney General.(Shohibul Umam / mh/Yazid.tr)
