Court Declares Anti-Corruption Zone and Maintaining WTP Opinion on Court Financial Statements

All ranks of staff of the Constitutional Court (MK) following the pronunciation declaration which was read directly by the Secretary-General MK Janedjri M. Gaffar. The Declaration is a commitment to the Constitutional Court for anti-corruption zone and commitment to maintain opinions "unqualified" to the financial statements of the Constitutional Court on Wednesday (24 / 8).


All ranks of staff of the Constitutional Court (MK) conducted a zone declaration of commitment to anti-corruption and a commitment to maintain opinions "unqualified" to the financial statements of the Constitutional Court on Wednesday (24 / 8). Employees of the Constitutional Court followed the pronunciation declaration which was read directly by the Secretary-General Janedjri M. Gaffar.

Before reciting the points of the declaration, Janedjri said that under the letter No. 93A/HP/XVI/05/2011 dated May 20, 2011 concerning the Report of Examination of BPK RI to the Financial Statements of the Constitutional Court in 2010; BPK gives unqualified (WTP). Still according to Janedjri, BPK also stated there were no significant weaknesses in internal control system of the Constitutional Court. "However the Court will continue to optimize the application of the Court’s internal control system," said janedjri as he promised.

Janedjri the occasion also expressed his gratitude to the CPC because it has checked the financial statements of the Constitutional Court in a professional manner while maintaining the independence of each institution.

The Court itself has five times in a row to receive the WTP of the CPC, which was from 2006-2010. Of their achievement, and all ranks of Court employees Janedjri determined to always maintain the WTP to the financial statements of the Constitutional Court in the coming years.

Finally, Janedjri recite the point’s zone of anti-corruption declaration of commitment and the commitment to maintain opinions "unqualified" to the financial statements of the Constitutional Court which was then followed by the employees of the Constitutional Court.
