This socialization of how to fill out tax returns is expected to provide clarity for employees who do not understand about the SPT. Hopefully, all the employees could submit their annual reports of income tax returns correctly, completely and timely. After this event, participants are expected to inform and convey back to their subordinates and superiors within the framework of filling and submitting the individual income tax return.
The submission of individual income tax return is a routine activity for individual taxpayers and a means for taxpayers to report and account for the calculation and payment of their taxes properly. "The socialization of how to fill out tax returns is intended to provide knowledge and understanding of taxation in particular the procedures for filling the income tax returns, and providing direct technical assistance for the smoothness and correctness in delivering the individual income tax return. The submission of individual income tax return has been stipulated in Article 2 of Government Regulation No. 30 of 1980 on the obligation of having TIN and tax return submission. The obligation to own TIN for civil servants is also stipulated in Circular Letter of Minister of Administrative Reform No. 309/M.Pan/9/2003 as an effort to raise the awareness as well as a role model within the community in conducting tax obligations.
